The firm’s principal Robert A. Lord is a lifelong resident of New Jersey and has deep ties to the community. He graduated from Seton Hall Prep in 1979 and then received a B.A. from Fairfield University with high honors in 1983. He later attended Seton Hall University in Newark, New Jersey where he received his law degree in 1986.
Mr. Lord accepted a position as an Assistant Prosecutor in the Union County Prosecutor’s office in Elizabeth, New Jersey from 1986 to 1990 during which time he tried numerous criminal trials in the Superior Court.
Mr. Lord has practiced in the areas of personal injury and criminal defense in the central New Jersey area for almost 25 years. During that period of time, Mr. Lord has successfully litigated multi-million dollar claims and achieved excellent results for his civil and criminal clients. He has devoted his entire professional career to helping each and every client he represents to receive all of the benefits that the law offers.

Craig J. Kobrin

Craig is also a life long resident of central New Jersey who graduated from Jonathan Dayton Regional High School in 1984, received his B.A. from the University of Arizona in 1988 and his law degree from The Thomas M. Cooley School of Law in Lansing, Michigan in 1992.
Mr. Kobrin has practiced in the areas of personal injury and worker’s compensation in the central New Jersey area for almost twenty years. He specializes in DWI defense and municipal work. During that period of time, Mr. Kobrin has successfully litigated multi-million dollar claims and received excellent results for injured clients throughout the State of New Jersey.

Michael Alvarez

Michael graduated from Agoura Hills High School, California in 1981, received his B.A. from the University of Southern California in 1993. Mr. Alvarez went on to receive his law degree from Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law in New York City in 1996, where he was a Member of the Moot Court Honor Society and a Member of the Intense Trial Advocacy Program. Mr. Alvarez is barred in New Jersey and New York and is a Member of the Justice James H. Coleman, Jr. New Jersey Workers’ Compensation Inn Court.
Mr. Alvarez specializes in workers’ compensation and personal injury litigation, he has successfully litigated multi-million dollar claims and received excellent results for injured workers throughout the State of New Jersey. Mr. Alvarez is bilingual in Spanish and also specializes in cases in which workplace accidents are caused by a third party.
Anthony R. Fattell

Anthony graduated from Don Bosco Preparatory High School in Ramsey, New Jersey in 1996. Mr. Fattell went on to receive his B.A. from Rutgers University, New Brunswick, New Jersey in 2001 and his law degree from New York Law School, New York City in 2005.
Mr. Fattell is bilingual in Spanish and specializes in helping accident victims receive the compensation they deserve and personal injury protection (PIP) work, where he represents doctors and other medical professionals who may be pursuing their patients’ claims (in volume) under assignment of benefits agreements. Mr. Fattell has successfully litigated hundreds of claims and has received excellent results. He is aggressive and has extensive experience dealing with insurance adjustors and insurance.
Paula C. Nunes

Paula C. Nunes has practiced law for more than 15 years. Ms. Nunes is originally from the Ironbound section of Newark and speaks Portuguese and Spanish.
